Replace T12 with new LED fixtures.

Project comprised of replacing T12 8-foot fixtures over a high customer traffic entry/exit stairway to a McDonald's restaurant at an upscale Washington DC location. Upon completion of the installation, the new LED lighting brought a safer and well illuminated area for customers to utilize. Features of this project included the addition of a timer circuitry to automate the on/off process during business and non-business hours, which saved energy and permitted ease of operation.
